:turn, turn, turn:
Late summer - the mornings and evenings are getting cooler. You go from just sleeping under a sheet to pulling to duvet back on. It’s almost time to bring the winter clothes out of storage. Suddenly the hot afternoons take on a poignance - soon they will be over. So you encourage your children to run under the sprinkler while they can, and you eat dinner on the grass outside every night, and you send little wishes of wellness ahead to your cabin-feverish, mid-winter self.

I’m glad I’m not the only one. I was starting to plan for winter yesterday, on a hot sunny day then thought “What am I doing!”
