:clever nature:

I tried to think of a little story to go with these photos - so there was a reason to be sharing them - but all I could think of was ‘clever nature’ - as in, “Nature, you are so very clever.”

I think part of the joy in gardening and growing food, is that I fall a little bit in love with the things I grow and am aesthetically and spiritually inspired by the colours, changes and seasons of vegetable gardening. As we are about to head in to the season of cabbages and silverbeet and leeks - it’s important to enjoy the colours that summer vegetables offer.

Well, look at that - I guess I did have something to say about these photos after all.

i agree- nature’s colour scheme is the best! i love the rainbow tomatoes.
