:starburst plant:

image

Do any keen gardeners out there know what this plant is? I spied it when I was walking to a friend’s house the other day and fell in love with the little ‘starburst’ flowers. They look so 1950s formica design to me! (But then I am a weirdo.) I’d like to get this plant for my garden so if anyone can help....

The leaves look like a type of Coprosma. Is it a shrub or tree?

If the underside of the leaves are silver I’d go with Brachyglotis - it has silver and yellow flowers.
